HOME BOOKSTORE EVENTS PERSONNEL COLLECTIBLES NEWSLETTER

Welcome to the Friends of the Leesburg Public Library website. We are a nonprofit entity of the Leesburg Public Library. Our goal is to raise money to enable the library to operate special programs such as the Summer Reading Program, Genealogy After Hours, Festival of Reading and other meaningful programs. We operate the Barbara Morse Bookstore with the help of volunteers.

Buy-a-Brick program has enhanced the library grounds with bricks purchased for $100. All moneys raised benefit the library.

For several years, a local sponsor allowed Friends of the Library to participate in the Dolly Parton Imagination Library for Tots. There were 118 children under 5 participating last year in this program. This costs $3600 a year. If you would help with this program by sponsoring a month for $300 or a partial month, please contact Lucy Gangone, Library Director. It's a program too valuable to lose. Check out the program at Dolly Parton's Imagination Library
