Welcome to the Friends of the Leesburg Public Library website. We are a nonprofit entity of the Leesburg Public Library. Our goal is to raise money to enable the library to operate special programs such as the Summer Reading Program, Genealogy After Hours, Festival of Reading and other meaningful programs. We operate the Barbara Morse Bookstore with the help of volunteers.

Buy-a-Brick program has enhanced the library grounds with bricks purchased for $100. All moneys raised benefit the library.

The Little Free Library has been installed at the ViaPort Mall! It is located adjacent to the Food Court, in the Toddler Tuesday play area. We stocked it with mostly children's books and Torrie McGriff will be restocking it on a regular basis. Please go to see it!

The October Mountain Washtub Band performs at the library on Feb. 11, 2017.

Watch Tom Wilcox on Leesburg's TV station. You can access it on the Web at LAKE FRONT TV and either watch live shows or look at the Video Archive. Sponsored by Friends of the Leesburg Library.
